I have a Master's degree in Public Health and experience in cardiovascular risk reduction programs. I am an ACE Certified Health Coach, and with 13 years as a dedicated CrossFit athlete and coach, I bring a deep understanding of functional fitness, preventative health, and individualized wellness strategies.
